What's the total HOA at The Cove? Do you still have to pay the Suncrest HOA on top of Cove HOA? Just curious what total costs look like and if things have been higher than normal due to reduced residency. Just curious as there's no mention on this site that i could find and i'm interested in seeing total costs if we were to buy here.
