We are still paying for Old Man Winter, who cost us quite a huge sum this year; $5210.23 is still owed to Prosecutive for snow removal. We are paying this off from general funds and reserves over time.

Board meetings are usually held quarterly. Meeting announcements are sent via email and also included in mailed billing statements. The Board is open to meeting monthly per Homeowners' requests.
