When you need to have a copy of the Bylaws, the CCandRs, Architectural Request Form, or a plat map, please notify the Board and a copy will be electronically transmitted to you. We do not have printed copies but you can have them done by your local copy shop or print them at home at your convenience. Thanks!

Architectural Packets

Please turn in your ARCH packets to Carol Sparks. You received them in the mail on March 25th. It just takes a minute to fill out. Even if you finished your yard just write in the box what you had done and when. Then draw your little plants and decks on the plat map you received. Let us know if you need help. We need these on file according to our CC&R's. It will be so much easier on you when SunCrest wants information on your lot. Now wouldn't it be nice to have your completed approved file on hand if they have a question?

Welcome to our new blog. We decided to cut costs and go with a free e-mail account and blog website. This way you can come back and check anytime for updates on what is happening in our community.

• gate remotes cost $20.00
• need a new phone number programmed into gate for guests

Speeding

For all you NASCAR racers out there. Please slow down to 20 miles per hour or even slower. It is summer and the kids are out now. We have had several complaints. Just think SPEED BUMP next time you come in the gate, because that is what will happen if you don't slow down. Thanks!
